Acorn Nursery Fee Structure

Free Entitlements

• Working Parents with a valid code: 30 hours/week → Free of charge
• 2-Year-Olds Additional Funding (Brent): 15 hours/week → Free of charge
• Universal Free Entitlement (3–4 year old’s): 15 hours/week → Free of charge
• Flexible Use: Your free entitlement can be stretched over the year to cover holiday periods if you are not fully using your hours during the term.

Care during these funded hours is fully covered – no cost to you.

Additional Hours

• Any additional hours beyond your free entitlement, or if your child is not in receipt of any free entitlements, the cost is £15.00 per hour.

Meals (Optional)

• Hot lunch & snacks: £4.00 per day
• Tea for children staying past 4:00 pm: £1.00 per day

Note: Meals are optional. Your nursery place does not depend on meals – you can bring a healthy packed lunch from home.

Nappies, Creams & Wipes

• Parents are asked to provide nappies, creams, and wipes for their child.
